Refunds

Updated 17 October 2026

Plans

Within 30 days of a plan charge, we refund it in full, no questions. Use the refund link in your receipt, or write to collins@odinstudio.ca. From day 31 to day 60, a plan charge under US$150 is refunded when you ask, and a person answers any other request within 24 hours. A refunded plan ends at once.

Coins

A coin pack is refunded in full within 30 days while none of its coins are spent. Once any are spent, that pack is not refunded. Bonus coins (from a check-in, an ad or an offer) are spent before coins you buy and end 7 days after they arrive. Coins you buy never expire. A refunded pack takes its bonus coins with it.

Gift a Year

US$179.99, one payment. Refunded in full within 30 days while it is not redeemed.

Bought in the app

Apple and Google take app payments and refund them by their own rules. Ask them, or write to us and we help.
